**We want to thank THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, CHILD NUTRITION UNIT for the GRANT MONEY that has been provided to GENTRY INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL from the FRESH FRUIT AND VEGETABLE PROGRAM. Every student has been able to be served FRESH FRUIT AND VEGETABLES this year for a snack.  We would also like to thank all the volunteers who have served the fresh fruits and vegetables to our students.

WHAT YOU NEED TO ENROLL A CHILD AT GENTRY INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL

The following documents are required by Arkansas State Law for enrollment.  

1) Proof of you child's age such as a birth certificate, passport, signed affidavit of birth, etc.  

2) A social security card or number.

3) An up to date  Immunization Record
