Enrollment Instructions

Here is some information regarding the enrollment process. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to the school your student will be attending.

Create a PowerSchool account (Please use an email address you would like to receive all correspondence from)

If you have previously enrolled a student at Gentry Public Schools using PowerSchool, you will not need to create an account.  

If you have forgotten your password, click on forgot password and follow the prompts.

Registration is not considered complete until:

  1. PowerSchool online enrollment has been approved by the school registrar

  2. All required documentation has been delivered to the school 

  • Birth Certificate

  • Social Security Card or Number

  • Proof of Residency  

Acceptable proof of residency:  

  • Current utility (gas, water, electric) bill (within the last 30 days) showing parent's name and physical address. 

  • Current lease agreement (must be within the last 30 days) showing parent's name and physical address.

If you do not have one of the above listed items, you must go to the school office your child will attend with the documented proof that you reside in the Gentry School district.  Based on the documents provided, the school will provide the necessary paperwork or guidance to complete the enrollment process.

NOT Acceptable proof of residency:

  • Cable bills, insurance bills, satellite or phone bills, personal property tax, mortgage statements, mail sent to the address, etc. are not considered acceptable forms for proof of residency.  

  • Immunization Record

  • Physical

  1. The following documents need to be picked up from the school office, completed, and returned before the student is considered fully enrolled:

  • Home Language Usage Survey

  • Agricultural Survey

  • Student Health Form

  • Arkansas State Health History Form
