Gentry Public Schools

The Gentry wrestling team experienced significant growth this season, expanding from just 2 athletes last year to 20 competitors. Standout performers during the regular season included Tate Simmons (11-3), Atreyu Banks (8-1), and Aidan Eller (10-4). At the 4A-North Boys Regional Wrestling Tournament, Gentry placed 6th out of 12 teams, with all our wrestlers performing admirably. Jaxon Burkhalter, Tate Simmons, Atreyu Banks, and Aidan Eller qualified for the State Tournament, where Aidan Eller won his final match and placed 3rd in the Arkansas 4A State Tournament.
